By providing a suite of services, tools, and programs, we support project teams across the organization as they develop strategies to pursue and win work.

Our 2025 Summer Internship is a 10-week, full-time program that begins in early June and concludes in mid-August. The internship will be fully-remote from any U.S. location.

We have multiple types of internships available within EGE&P. If you have a preference, please indicate such in your Cover Letter or the Objective/Summary statement of your resume.

Business Insights Intern

  • Support projects to gather and analyze market, client, and opportunity-level data in ICF’s strategic markets.

  • Assist in the collection and interpretation of data from various sources to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Learn and assess market research tools and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

  • Provide task-based support for competitive intelligence and price-to-win projects projects, including data collection and competitor analysis.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop insights and recommendations based on research findings.

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations summarizing research results and insights.

Client Experience Intern : _ _

  • Work closely with Client Experience (CX) professionals from across the organization to improve ICF's CX program. 

  • Research CX best practices and identify potential gaps within ICF.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing. 

  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights.

  • Review and enhance the existing CX intranet resource.

Operations & Communications Intern:

  • Assist with daily operations : Support the team in managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Communications support : Help draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.

  • Event coordination : Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics and communication with participants.

  • Update SharePoint and Teams sites : Maintain and update content on SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure information is current and accessible.

  • Develop SOPs and operations guides : Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operations guides to streamline processes.

  • Administrative tasks : Perform general administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Enablement & Adoption Intern:

  • Work closely with growth professionals from across the organization to improve ICF's enablement and adoption support function.

  • Develop enablement tools: meet with key constituents to understand needs, work with enablement team to design tools to address them.

  • Assist with tracking and visualizing adoption metrics.

  • Support the preparation and execution of interactive sessions such as focus groups and community of practice meetings.

*Basic Qualification:  *

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, English, Human-Centered Design, Journalism, Public Policy or other related field (with an anticipated graduation of August 2025 or later).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$32,591.00 - $55,405.00
