The Supervisor of Exhibitor Success will report the Manager of Exhibitor Success by overseeing the processes and tasks of the department. More specifically, this role will provide support for Managers with 10 or more FTE's in their organization. They will oversee the day-to-day preparation, show site execution and close of show related tasks while looking for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the department. In addition, this role will also support show site management by supervising Service Centers. Responsibilities Supervise the completion of pre-show, show site, and post show checklist processes and tasks. Continue new hire training while working with the team on checklists and/or at show site. Manage office orders for uniforms, name badges, equipment and office supplies as needed. Conduct checklist review meetings with the team on large shows. Ensure that the traveling team has all necessary equipment for show site. Enter Travel and Expense data as needed. Confirm and enter show site contacts for Texting. Ensure proper survey question is selected in Oracle for the show. Assist the Exhibitor Services Manager with show site requirements such as Servicenter set-up/tear down, pre-shift meetings, sending out meeting notes, monitoring show site checklist tasks, and customer escalations. Supervise show site Servicenters as assigned. Qualifications Ability to collaborate. Must possess strong leadership and communication skills. Agility and flexibility to deal with constant change. Remain calm under pressure. Must be a self-starter, take initiative and have a positive attitude. Must be able to travel up to 50-75% 3+ year's experience in customer service or similar roles preferred Work Environment Our team members are our family, so we help our team members care for their families.
