Requisition Summary The TRP Sales Operations Manager - North America is responsible for monitoring the operational effectiveness of North American TRP stores and service. The role will support and guide the dealer network with store goals, performance, reporting, network investments, parts portfolio strategy, and service opportunities. Job Functions / Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the TRP brand to grow TRP sales, profit, and retail store financial performance. Manage the TRP store and service network expansion program. Oversee the TRP support team and its efforts to facilitate store onboarding, training, sales blitzes, and other activities at TRP store locations to build brand and product awareness. Partner with Store Managers and other members of the store teams to increase market share and positioning for all products including TRP branded truck, trailer and bus parts. Support and participate in TRP related dealer & industry trade shows, open houses, customer appreciation and special events. Serve as a TRP ambassador and assist global business partners to expand worldwide TRP locations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, dealer development, or a related field required. Master's Degree a plus. 7 or more years of experience in commercial aftermarket sales, marketing, product management or operations role required. 2 or more years of experience leading people desired. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented and time sensitive business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required. Tableau proficiency a plus. Up to 25% travel required. Skills Proven experience managing P&L performance and delivering value to the business. Strong program management, research, analysis, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success using data visualization and presentation tools to prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and training to help sales and marketing leaders understand current market state. Proven ability to create a vision and lead teams to achieve beyond planned results. Product knowledge and experience in aftermarket sales, marketing or distribution strongly preferred. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $110,600 - $156,310 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
