Providence St. Joseph Health Principal Talent Management Consultant *Remote* in Renton, Washington

Description Principal Talent Management Consultant Remote. Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA or TX are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a Principal Consultant to be a part of the Executive Talent & Development Center of Excellence. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for initiatives that identify, develop, and place top executive talent in key roles. The Principal Consultant acts as a subject matter expert and solutions architect, evaluating needs and inputs to build and drive strategic solutions that support the People Strategy & Solutions department vision and goals, as well as HR & Providence's strategic goals. The Principal Consultant will have the following responsibilities: Support the identification, development, and placement of top executive talent in key roles. Support the design and implementation of executive talent and development philosophies, strategies, solutions, processes, and supporting technology/systems. Provide expert level strategic consulting capability across initiative life cycle (e.g., assessing business strategy/challenge, scoping and aligning solutions, solution build out, and delivery), while taking into consideration organizational goals. Collaborate with the business, HR, and Learning to advise on, design, and implement solutions; proactively bringing together key stakeholders to identify talent gaps and gain consensus on appropriate executive talent and development interventions. Develop success measures and provide expertise in evaluating, refining, and evolving solutions to deliver maximum effectiveness and ROI. Required Qualifications: 8 years practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of talent management and learning & development methodologies. 5 years demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions. 5 years of experience with all aspects of talent including Performance Management, Strategic Workforce development, Talent scorecard/succession, Accelerated Development and Learning. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration. Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), or other relevant certification program upon hire.
