Providence St. Joseph Health Principal Program Manager *Remote* in Renton, Washington
Description Principal Program Manager Remote Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.* The Principal Program Manager is responsible for advising, consulting, and leading several complex projects across several operational domains to achieve organizational strategic goals and initiatives. This role ensures projects are planned and executed in a manner that supports the Providence Mission and supports integration and collaboration across the health system while meeting the organizational objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Management, Healthcare Management 8 years In program management, project management and related roles with a focus on analytics or data driven initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and risk management. Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and present to executive stakeholders. Proficiency in a variety of project management methodologies (ex. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean, XP) Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field.
