Requisition Summary The Manufacturing/Innovation Engineer is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, improvement, and support of new and existing technologies to improve current and future processes within the PDC. Job Functions / Responsibilities * Responsible for investigating new/emerging technologies, innovations, and opportunities. * Lead and implement engineering projects improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment across 10 distribution centers in North America. * Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes. * Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones, deliverables and identify any potential risks or issues. * Provides direction within working groups to set priorities, project plans, and due dates. Monitors activities within the team and coordinates implementations. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. * Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders. * Provide administrative support to project teams. * Develop master site plans for future project proposals, including presenting projects to the division Leadership Team. * Assist in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and lead efforts in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), where appropriate * Administer department Purchase Requisitions for MRO products and services. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills * B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or a related field * Demonstrated ability gained through 3-5 years of progressively complex engineering assignments. * Proficient in AutoCAD. * Training in DFSS and training in Advanced Quality Systems is desirable. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Excellent organizational, PC, and project management skills * Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $93,000.00 - $131,010.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
