Providence is calling a Manager Provider Recruitment who will: Manage and participate in Physician, Medical Executive leadership, and Residency faculty and Program Director recruitment activities across the system in partnership with other Physician Services and Development leaders Take a lead in Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner recruitment activities Lead and develop high performing staff who support the recruitment of multiple physician and provider specialties, with a system-wide scope Extend employment brand through recruitment and the associated support services for the highest quality, mission-inspired medical staff Continually seek to improve and deliver processes, outcomes, and customer evaluation of PS&D Providence welcomes 100% remote work to residents who reside in the following areas: Washington Oregon Montana Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 6+ years of relevant work experience 4+ years of relevant leadership experience Preferred qualifications for this position include: 3+ years of Physician Recruitment experience Salary Range by Location: Washington: Western: Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $59.73 Max: $96.15 Washington: Tukwila: Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 Washington: Eastern: Min: $53.15 Max: $85.55 Washington: South Eastern: Min: $55.68 Max: $89.63 Oregon: Portland Metro Region: Min: $59.73 Max: $96.15 Oregon: All cities outside of Portland: Min: $55.68 Max: $89.63 Montana: All cities outside of Great Falls: Min: $48.09 Max: $77.41 Montana: Great Falls: Min: $45.56 Max: $73.33 Why Join Providence?
