Internships include unique learning opportunities such as: Learn first-hand from the industry's top professionals Work directly with Senior Managers and Directors Develop mentoring relationships with experienced professionals Gain valuable hands-on experience Job Functions / Responsibilities In this role, interns will work to support and manage dealer and customer facing publications such as service bulletins, operator manuals, and service manuals, performing a combination of the following functions: Review published service literature to enhance coverage for truck options Review and update supplier information Enhance technical publications dashboards Research and update locally sourced repair information Review bulletins for obsoleting and archiving Reorganize bulletin writing guides to improve training/reference materials Perform other duties as assigned Skills / Competencies General knowledge of automotive systems/components Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including the ability to balance multiple priorities. Proficient PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
