Requisition Summary The eCommerce Support Team is seeking the next eCommerce Account Manager to make a big impact on the PACCAR Parts sales and marketing organization and to PACCAR Parts' dealers and customers. This position is responsible for driving engagement and the adoption of eCommerce solutions to PACCAR dealers and customers to drive retail sales growth. You will provide on-site and virtual trainings on PACCAR's eCommerce platform (Online Parts Counter), FOCUS data analytics tool, and work as an extension of the sales organization to provide holistic eCommerce support that aligns with business objectives. Job Functions / Responsibilities Deliver virtual and onsite training for dealers and customers related to Online Parts Counter (OPC) and FOCUS Prepare training materials and sales support reports for technology programs Collaborate with PACCAR Parts' internal sales teams to identify sales opportunities that can be marketed/promoted through our eCommerce programs Drive overall engagement and adoption of FOCUS and OPC across the Kenworth and Peterbilt Dealer Networks Provide phone and email support for Dealers Identify and drive process improvements to facilitate faster and streamlined services to our dealers and customers Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required Four or more years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service or account management Knowledge of industry and/or PACCAR dealership operations preferred Six Sigma / continuous improvement experience preferred Ability to creatively problem solve when faced with complex or ambiguous situations Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little to no supervision Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a team-oriented, multi-functional environment Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong presentation and customer service skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Available to travel 25-35% Additional Job Board Information PACCAR Benefits: As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off - minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid short-and long-term disability programs Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more This position is eligible for a holiday gift This position may offer relocation assistance benefits Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $84,800.00- $118,910.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
