Description
Robert Half is seeking a Bookkeeper for a contract/temporary contract for a growing company here in Reno. The role focuses on bookkeeping and purchasing tasks within a dynamic workplace setting. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage bookkeeping duties and some purchasing responsibilities.
• Analyze and process a list of parts from production that need to be purchased.
• Utilize NetSuite to generate Purchase Orders (POs) and buy the required parts.
• Match received parts to the corresponding PO.
• Ensure account reconciliation by reviewing bank and credit card statements and reconciling purchases.
• Maintain and update accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform data entry tasks effectively and accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks.
• Conduct month-end close processes efficiently.
• Manage and keep track of purchase orders.

Requirements • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is needed
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Must be familiar with handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations is a must
• Must have experience in Bookkeeping
• Should be adept in Data Entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience in Month End Close is essential
• Familiarity with NetSuite software is a plus
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders is necessary
