SUMMARY:

The

Barback

is to provide the guest with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum one-year previous bartending experience is preferred.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs to chest.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to speak and understand English.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Sincerely greets each guest.
Makes eye contact with guest.
Knows the script and hours/days of operation.
Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.
Ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.
Ability to use computer to enter stock items taken from warehouse.
Ability to maintain par levels for all stock.
Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests.
Ability to follow directions regarding keeping bars and side work areas appropriately stocked and cleaned.
Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.
Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.
Genuinely thanks the Guest.
Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.
Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.
