SUMMARY:

The

Barback

is to provide the guest with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum one-year previous bartending experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs to chest.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Sincerely greets each guest.
  • Makes eye contact with guest.
  • Knows the script and hours/days of operation.
  • Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.
  • Ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.
  • Ability to use computer to enter stock items taken from warehouse.
  • Ability to maintain par levels for all stock.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests.
  • Ability to follow directions regarding keeping bars and side work areas appropriately stocked and cleaned.
  • Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.
  • Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.
  • Genuinely thanks the Guest.
  • Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.
  • Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.
