Description

SAIC is seeking to optimize their delivery within the General Services Administration CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation II (COMET II) contract and is interested in identifying external, internal, or incumbent talent to consider for key leadership roles that would execute in these positions once the new contracts are awarded.

The positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for end of March, 2025 with a contract start for early April, 2025.

All positions must be performed in the continental United States and many if not all will be remote.

These positions will provide services delivering Agile software development and maintenance across a wide array of technologies (e.g., on-prem, Cloud, SaaS, etc.) in support of GSA IT creation, transformation, modernization, and maintenance efforts. Leveraging Human Centered Design (HCD) thinking, Agile Software Development methods, emerging architecture, responsible use of AI/ML (as applicable), DevSecOps, as well as other IT support services such as IT management and governance, teams will build secure applications, platforms, IT Development services and to solve user problems.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education, and experience 

• Bachelors degree preferred or years of experience in lieu of degree is considered  

• Ability to pass SAIC background investigation prior to establishing a start date 

• Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a GSA Public Trust security clearance  

Desired:

• Experience with GSA Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) systems, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) IT, or Technology Transformation Service (TTS)

• Experience with GSA’s FCS (FAS Cloud Services)

• Agile experience and related certifications

• SAFe experience and related certifications

• AWS Cloud experience and certifications

• An understanding of the business processes and tools supporting federal acquisitions

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
