Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance all price files and analytics needed for our largest customers (GPOs, National Accounts, and SAAs/MPAs agreements). In addition, this role will maintain all system discounting to ensure customer commitments. This role will provide ad-hoc pricing analytics as needed.

This is a remote role where you will work out of your home office. The successful candidate will need to reside in the 48 contiguous United States.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support Government Accounts and Global Purchasing Organization by owning and periodically update pricing files

  • Support RFP / RFI pricing responses

  • Support our largest customer account teams by maintaining pricing tools and governance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 4 yrs of experience in an analytical leadership role, sales support, operations, services, and or finance.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively.

  • Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Desired Characteristics

  • Excel skills including VLookup

  • Exceptional communication (verbal, written)

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.

  • Capability to understand and analyze complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking

  • Ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively.

  • Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in an operational environment

  • Patient Care Solutions business support experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $73,440.00-$110,160.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
