Deako Senior Email Marketing Specialist in Remote, Washington

Responsibilities:
Create and execute email marketing lifecycle programs and promotional campaigns that educate and convert homeowners
Monitor email metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement
Manage our subscriber database, ensure compliance with email regulations, and resolve any deliverability challenges
Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages
Work closely with Creative, RevOps, and Inside Sales to create visually engaging email templates and deliver cross-functional marketing campaigns
Contribute to overall marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue
Develop and implement new digital marketing channels as needed
Must Haves
3+ years experience in email marketing
Experience with B2C and B2B email marketing strategy and at least one leading email marketing service provider (Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce, etc)
Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred experience with other digital channels (SMS, paid ads, website, app)
Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability
Creative and innovative thinker
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
