Nvidia Principal Security Architect - Platform Focus in Remote, Washington
We are now looking for a Principal S ecurity Architect. NVIDIA is seeking a technical leader to define, craft, implement, review, advise, and guide implementation of secure architectures for products. A successful candidate will take a strong hands-on role, working with diverse teams across NVIDIA as well as with external partners to define and meet security requirements for our innovative projects. What you’ll be doing
Develop and Design Secure platform architectures, ranging from bespoke embedded platforms, traditional datacenter server architectures, to automotive platforms.
Review Architecture and Implementation assets for consistency to NVIDIA security standards.
Develop specifications, recommendations, requirements, and other security guidance in support of business activities in written or other digital forms for reuse.
Participate in active product, customer and program engagements including regular meetings, video calls, and other live discussions to aid in evaluation and implementation of NVIDIA products and designs.
Support customers, industry consortiums, technical and specification committees, policy drafting and other private and public engagements to enhance and refine NVIDIA products and presence in the markets we serve.
Collaborate across the company to guide the direction of designing secure products, working with hardware, software, research, and product teams.
Perform Product Cybersecurity assessments on projects of multiple NVIDIA product lines. Complete independent reviews on project work packages.
What we need to see:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of relevant work experience.
Hands-on work with enterprise security architecture, datacenter platforms, and/or system on a chip designs.
Experience with security development lifecycle processes and tools.
Programming fundamentals across languages such as: Python, C/C++ in support of critical analysis tasks.
Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
A passion for working as a team is essential.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with ISO 21434 or ISO 26262.
Facility with Rust, Ada(Spark) and formal methods.
Knowledge of NVIDIA product architectures.

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
