  • Work with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.

  • Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.

  • Mentor team members and help uplift the technical bar across the team

What we look for in you:

  • You’ve designed, built, scaled and maintained high volume and low latency production services

  • You’ve experience in architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact

  • Passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together

Nice to haves:

  • You have built order management, risk or matching engines that have high volume and low latency characteristics

  • Demonstrated experience working with complex distributed systems at scale

  • You are familiar with developing event driven architectures, GC free coding approaches, performance tuning of OS and networking stacks

  • Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and tools, as well as containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes

  • You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from startup to mid-size).

  • You have experience with Blockchain technology (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc..)

  • You have experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices.

  • You’ve worked with Java, Golang, Docker, Postgres, Container Orchestration systems and AWS based technologies.
