ICON Clinical Research Senior Contracts Analyst in Remote, United States
As a Senior Contract Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
Excellent written and verbal communication

In depth knowledge of Fair Market Value (FMV)
In depth knowledge of contract and budget review process
Strong foundation in analytical thinking and Legal analysis
Proficient at independent review and site engagement
Capable of succeeding in fast paced environments
Firm understanding of early Phase studies and their related risks/requirements
Knowledge of local contracting procedures
Effectively manage risks and resolve conflicts
Ability to be highly collaborative with internal and external partners
Ability to manage 60+ agreements with a pulse on each assigned site
Ability to track and maintain compliance of contract status’ in the reporting system
Innovative and transformational mindset
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
3 plus years’ Experience with contracts.
Read write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
Two or more years Industry experience required.
Understands project management and service delivery
Prefer JD or advance degree.
Clinical trial contracts and clinical budgets negotiations experience with clinical sites Required.
Understands the clinical contract process, project management and service delivery.
Familiar with Legal Language.
