Fortive Corporation Regional Director, Sales (Anesthesia) in Remote, United States

Provation is continuing to expand our iProcedures sales team, and we are seeking a high energy and extremely motivated healthcare software sales Regional Director to successfully sell solutions and services within a defined territory. Candidates will ideally live near the territory in the East, South or Midwest states. This position is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification of opportunities, relationship building, obtaining, and understanding clients’ requirements, matching their requirements with the company’s solutions, developing proposals, and closing contracts.

  • Develop a sales plan for the covered territory, with heavy emphasis on growing new client sales.

  • Have a strong understanding of strategic selling and managing complex sales process.

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly and annual quotas within assigned territory.

  • Regularly achieving assigned key performance metrics that will be published from time-to-time.

  • Actively participate in professional trade shows, associations, and other events to generate new business.

  • Engage and build relationships with our business partners and other organizations in the assigned states.

  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline.

  • Preparing and presenting price proposals to prospective clients

  • Negotiating specific contract terms with prospective clients within company guidelines; seeking approval of Vice President, Sales, and/or Chief Revenue Officer as required for terms that may differ from Company standard terms.

  • Maintaining contact with the client and supporting other iProcedures employees as required throughout the implementation, initial “go-live” process and ongoing client relationship.

  • Using Salesforce.com to report on the status of leads, track action items of each sales campaign and accurately forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Gain an understanding of the company’s solutions and their unique value proposition for clients.

  • Achieve proficiency over the first two to three months in the company’s solutions to deliver overview presentations to clients, with a continuous learning approach going forward.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and/or business development track record in the healthcare software industry.

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience selling enterprise-wide or platform-based solutions.

  • Current experience selling healthcare technology to C-level executives and other senior executives within hospitals.

  • Experience negotiating and closing business arrangements.

  • Results-oriented and highly motivated demeanor who is an independent and resourceful self-starter.

  • A strong sense of personal accountability to drive productivity and achieve top line bookings and revenue goals.

  • Ability to establish strong team relationships and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills!

  • Clinical/quality or analytics background strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with clinical, quality and/or analytics SaaS solutions.

  • Working knowledge of major healthcare EHR systems.

Working Environment/Physical Demands

  • Air travel as needed and/or long-distance driving within territory – not to exceed 50% travel.

  • Air travel periodically to headquarters and various trade shows around the country.

  • A high-energy environment where periods of stress may occur.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions) is $115,900.00 - $215,200.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
