We are seeking a smart, hungry, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Product & Marketing Specialist in one of our fast paced, high growth business segments. This hybrid role combines Product Management and Marketing Communications to drive growth and expand our market footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen, the ability to think strategically, creativity and interpersonal skills to develop the product portfolio while also leading the product’s positioning, messaging and promotional efforts.

Note: We currently have two open positions for this role, each supporting a distinct business segment.

  • Injection Solutions: -This business has two product segments. Injection grouts are utilized for leak sealing for underground commercial buildings, tunnels and mines as well as soil stabilization for buildings. Both product segments have significant, international growth potential with the right support

  • Infrastructure Solutions: -This business also has two main product segments with a third under development: bridge deck waterproofing, road maintenance and parking garages. Our bridge deck waterproofing is known the world over with decades of proven performance. Our road maintenance portfolio includes high performance surface coatings and micro trenching infill solutions for fiberoptic cables.-

Today, both businesses leverage global manufacturing operations with an aim to establish increased North American capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading project teams to execute such initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving profitable business growth by building and executing a strategic plan, managing the product portfolio, and identifying new opportunities. This role involves market research, product development, marketing strategy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that maximize market share, sales, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, collaborating with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant product development and manufacturing enhancements.

  • Drive the development and execution of product marketing plans, including brand management, positioning, and promotional campaigns.

  • Create compelling content for sales tools, digital training, and promotional materials.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and educational seminars.

  • Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and partnerships to support growth.

  • Develop proposals for prospective clients and partners.

  • Manage multiple projects effectively to achieve promised deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.

  • Proven experience in product management and marketing.

  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to travel for customer visits, market research, and events.

  • Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $68,700 to $106,300.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $74,800 to $115,800.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
