Channel Sales Manager at Hidden Level

As the Channel Sales Manager your primary goal will be to build pipeline and channel revenue with growth and influence partners as well as resellers and VARs in line with Hidden Level's sales and marketing strategy. This high-profile position requires the candidate to have experience with both commercial and federal/public sector channels.

As a Channel Sales Manager at Hidden Level, you can expect to...

  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to develop and align channel programs to sales and marketing targets.

  • Identify and recruit new federal reseller partners in key markets through market analysis and cross-leveraging channel ecosystems of key alliance partners.

  • Coordinate and conduct sales training for partner onboarding

  • Prioritize partner activities with highest propensity to buy targets and coordinate pipeline with sales teams.

  • Build and maintain quarterly business plans for top partner accounts.

  • Development of territory plan, including documenting partner recruiting strategy.

  • Provide timely and on-going deal support to help close new opportunities at identified resellers including pricing requests, resource coordination, and other partner management activities.

  • Coordinate partner marketing campaigns with key partners to focus on lead gen and pipeline development.

  • Coordinate development of reference architectures and points of view specific to partner solutions

  • Provide overall relationship management and act as the central point of contact for channel resellers and distributors.

  • Be a key contributor to help define and scale the optimal channel partner program.

  • Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to product managers, and technical support staff.

A successful candidate will have...

  • Recent experience in software and hardware Channel Sales including knowledge of 2-tier (distribution) reseller models.

  • Ability to manage complex sales and to work independently.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere.

  • Strong written/verbal communications skills

  • Track record of sales overachievement.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships.

  • Current security clearance or willingness/ability to complete clearance process.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary at Hidden Level Inc. is market competitive and determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $135,000 to $150,000 annually, plus commission. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Hidden Level Inc.'s total compensation package for employees.
