Conduent Tactical Buyer with French and English (Remote in Romania) in Remote, Romania
A Tactical Buyer plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of an organization by handling various administrative tasks. They meticulously analyze data from diverse sources, preparing insightful reports that enable informed decision-making.
The Tactical Buyer with French and English is responsible for:
Preparing detailed reports by analyzing data from multiple sources;
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the specific requirements of clients, with a particular focus on turnaround time;
Carrying out instructions provided by higher-level superiors to contribute to the development of short-term company strategies, while adhering to legal limits;
Building and cultivating relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and other third parties;
Ensuring effective communication and transparency of reports to superiors in the hierarchy;
Facilitating and coordinating client-imposed processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Advanced French and English language skills (B2 upwards);
Strong organizational abilities, including prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines;
Quick learner for in-house and client software;
Effective communication and customer relationship skills;
Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated for personal development;
Team player with the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.
