How You'll Create Impact
• Create, implement, and manage data transformations that drive substantial business improvements employing smart algorithms and machine learning
• Provide business insights via advanced analytics in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Develop and support maintenance of data architecture for reporting
• Develop tools and KPIs to support Customer Service in improving customer experience
• Implement algorithms to improve and maintain data integrity and correctness
• Coordinate global data related projects across Commercial Operations

Personal skills requirements
• Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
Your Background
• BSc/MSc in a relevant quantitative field (MINT, Computer Science)
• At least 3 years’ experience in data analytics role proven track record of data analytics projects with significant individual contribution and ownership
• Experience with SAP R3/HANA, SQL-databases, and high-level programming languages
• Experience with Machine Learning optimizations
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
