Chobani Senior Manager of Transformation Project Management (Remote, PA) in Remote, Pennsylvania

Summary

This position is responsible for helping lead the cost optimization/productivity projects for La Colombe. To start, you will play a crucial role in discovering cost opportunities and collaborating with team members to execute against those. You will utilize your expertise in project management and operations to accelerate the pace of cost reduction realization

Responsibilities

Develop a roadmap for the teams to execute on cost optimizations over the next 2 years. Project manage cost savings initiatives and/or productivity to ensure milestones attainment and realization of cost reductions into P&L. Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to optimize certain aspects of strategy for cost roadmap Own and execute certain cost saving initiatives. Revamp our product level cost roadmap by partnering with finance and operations on key assumptions. Develop and execute a process to track financial impact of cost saving initiatives down to product level P&L. Develop and utilize scorecards to help facilitate status updates on key project initiatives.

Requirements

5-7 years project management, analytics, and or operations Strong communication and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Excellent project management skills with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals and hitting deadlines Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create content and deliver effective presentations Bias for action in times of ambiguity Strong cross-functional leadership skills Exceptional analytical, problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables

Compensation Range: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00, plus bonus
