Labcorp Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships in Remote, North Carolina
The Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships will leverage our diagnostics capabilities and enterprise strategies to advance our Health System Partnerships and Mega Provider Group Collaborations. The Executive Director will develop programs leveraging existing internal resources to maximize the value Labcorp provides to key customers and identify/ develop innovative approaches to offer differentiated solutions. The leader will organize the growth expansion processes, including communication forums with key internal and external stakeholders, serve as the Subject Matter Expert in C-Suite presentations, and gain alignment to drive results. Responsibilities will include oversight of winning strategies with integrated approaches to deepen and widen relationships with key influencers in the largest accounts in the Division.
He/ she will develop and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews that include growth and value strategies, the competitive landscape, and the resources needed to drive success. This role will be highly visible and accountable to Divisional Senior Leadership.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Client Sales Management
Build C-suite relationships and partnerships at the executive level with key accounts to drive growth and value-driven approaches.
Oversee innovative approaches and execution that are tailored to customer needs.
Understand customers' strategic pillars and tactics LabCorp can leverage to align our capabilities.
Clearly articulate and present the business model(s) to key customers, demonstrating the value opportunity and impact Labcorp provides.
Sales Strategy Management
Identify divisional associations and events where key external stakeholders attend to ensure Labcorp is present to build relationships and drive new meetings.
Identify key accounts with a relationship map to target gaps with key stakeholders that influence the expansion of our footprint.
Develop and update a quarterly strategy that provides unique approaches in underpenetrated areas with high returns.
Stakeholder Management
Drive collaboration for growth opportunities with the Divisional Sales Team.
Subject Matter Expert for leading new strategic growth plans with the Divisional Leadership Team
Ability to work cross-divisionally, segment (drug development), and at a corporate level to organize resources and align stakeholders
Education/Qualifications:
BS degree in biochemistry, molecular genetics or related field, business management
Strong selling skills delivering significant growth in performance
Experience with Population Health/ Managed Care is a plus
Fluency in spoken & written English
Strong partnering and negotiating skills within cross-functional teams and C-Suite
Ability to integrate strategic skill sets with scientific-technical winning solutions
Strong change management skills to drive results in a matrix environment
Excellent verbal and written, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Strong time management, planning abilities, and ability to deliver high levels of execution
Self-directed and can value create
75% travel across division
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in diagnostic sales and 5+ years in C-Suite Selling with Large Organizations
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, and market influencers at all levels
Remote role, with a strong preference to candidates living within the Atlantic Division states ( North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland).

Pay Range: $190,000-$220,000 base salary + bonus + equity
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
LBP Eligible Position
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
