Workday Senior Functional CPQ & PSA Consultant in Remote, Michigan
About the Role
- This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's CPQ and/or PSA solution for the professional services industry customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience implementing in one or more of the following areas Services CPQ, Projects, Project Billing, Project Budgets, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Resource Forecasting, and Resource Management.
- This role will be responsible for working across multiple product areas including but not limited to Services CPQ, Zimit and Core PSA areas (Customer Accounts, Projects, and Project Billing)
- Demo solutions to elicit feedback and iterate design throughout the implementation.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Basic Qualifications
P4
3+ years implementing and configuring enterprise business applications, particularly ERP Order to Cash or PSA cloud/SaaS.
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize functional or technical requirements.
Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
P5
6+ years implementing and configuring enterprise business applications, particularly ERP Order to Cash or PSA cloud/SaaS.
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize functional or technical requirements.

Other Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Background in Workday consulting is a plus
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously
Clear understanding of business processes related to services: selling, pricing, quoting, and delivering services; as well as pricing: labor estimation, technology, and/or subscription pricing.
Familiarity with quote content documents (ROM, SOW, etc.).
Experience working with CRM and PSA/ERP Integrations.
CPQ implementation experience (Salesforce, SAP, Apttus, Oracle)
Curious to learn new technologies and technical skills
Inventive and adaptable; you'll be working remotely, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
