Principal Duties and Responsibilities

■ Create and develop sales performance

  • Plans daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. Create a time efficient plan

  • Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events

  • Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial talking points

  • Develop rapport with hospital staff, including surgeons

  • Distributors sales management

■ Distributors Training

  • Educates the sales representatives from the distributors

■ Communication

  • Communicates with marketing team and all stakeholders clearly and efficiently

■ Collect and Survey

  • Collect and survey on the market information

  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality

  • Strong focus to drive sales

  • Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering preferred, especially those with a background in Biomedical Engineering.

  • Preferably experienced in medical device sales.

  • Proficient in English communication (speaking, writing, reading).

Travel Requirements

  • Need to be able to travel overseas
