Chromatography Data System Implementation & Training Specialist

Location: Europe remote

You as an expert Chromatography Data System Implementation & Training Specialist are a critical piece of our success in assisting the implementations of our Enterprise Software solution in our customers' laboratories, responsible for providing services and training for our CDS customers.

You enjoy taking personal responsibility for our customer's success and working in a fast-paced team environment along with other like-minded people.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist services and consulting engagements for Chromeleon and Ardia Chromatography Data Systems including implementations, end-user training, administration training and implementation mentorship

  • Develop, implement, and help deliver a training program to ensure that our customer's learning and development strategy is aligned with the needs of the business. Identify and deliver improvements to training processes and documentation

  • Project facilitation of regional and global projects, including detailed and time-bound project plans, timeline management and responsibility for communication of blocking issues

  • Represent our team in a positive and professional manner in all engagements with Thermo Fisher Scientific customers, both external and internal

  • Supply to customer allegiance by building strong customer relationships and promoting an excellent customer experience

  • Help on continuous improvement through our Practical Process Improvement Business System

Your Qualifications:

  • Experienced knowledge of Chromeleon CDS

  • Broad knowledge of chromatography instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, IC & Mass Spec

  • Good knowledge of Windows network environments, SQL Server and Oracle databases

  • Organized demeanor with ability to prioritize and occasionally work under stress in a matrix corporation

  • Customer-focused and professional demeanor

  • Good interpersonal communication (written and oral) in English and preferably a second language

  • Willingness to travel 50% or greater of working time over any 1-year period, focused primarily on the DACH region

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. For this position we provide a minimum salary of € 51.000 (based on the Austrian salary level) per year. Payment is possible based on your previous experience and qualifications and your location.
