Job Description:

eProductivity Software is hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst who will report to the Controller. This person will participate in daily treasury activities including reconciliation, reporting, research, and new account setup. The Senior Treasury Analyst will support the ePS’s cash requirements and reporting by liaising with multiple stakeholders, including the CFO, Order Management Team, and other Team Members within the Company. As ePS maintains 30+ bank accounts worldwide, this person is expected to be versed in a multi-currency, multi-national corporate environment.

Position Duties:

  • Support treasury requirements for 15 active legal entities (8 EMEA, 3 APAC, 2 USA, 2 LATAM)

  • Can reconcile at least 3-4 bank accounts per month as directed by the Controller

  • Assists with reviewing select bank reconciliations for new staff, leads training efforts as needed

  • Participates in the formation of new bank and merchant accounts with existing treasury partners

  • Supports the integration of transactions from outside applications into the Company’s ERP system.

  • Fields queries from the business RE: incoming or outgoing transactions as needed

  • Provides analytical reporting surrounding inbound and outbound cash flow to help assess the need for strategic change

  • Supports the Company’s annual financial statement audit and local statutory audits.

  • Play an active role in the month end close process, coordinate with other Accounting and Finance team members on key deliverables.

  • Assist in cash flow forecasting both at a consolidated and local entity level.

  • Setup intercompany cash transfers and serve as backup for manual outbound payments that fall outside of the automated batch payment process.

  • Champions change through risk assessment, automation and can drive more efficient Treasury practices

Position Requirements:

  • MBA in Accounting/Finance (Chartered Accountant preferred)

  • 7+ year’s experience in progressive treasury roles, with at least 5 five years supporting multi-national Companies.

  • Very strong in Microsoft Excel

  • Netsuite and CashPro experience (preferred)
