Job Description
Position summary
• This role is responsible for content processing and development through secondary research and analysis and maintaining the quality of existing content through extensive review.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Business/ Customer
Demonstrate good understanding of business models & processes, gain complete knowledge of Fusion authoring tool.
Develop familiarity with business processes, operating procedures as per SOPs and knowledge in research and analysis of clinical trials/ drug/ patent profile / Company profiles/ deals and finance/ trial site and principal investigator information from public domain in an accurate manner.
Strengthen knowledge of data sourcing and retrieval by exposure to various websites.
Complete all mandatory and aspirational training on time and maintain the same for performance monitoring, upskill continuously on domain and behavioral aspects through CTS training programs.
Ability to be a part and contribute towards the team objectives, displaying enthusiasm, while remaining scientifically and intellectually rigorous.
Process
Research, verify and validate data and information from various sources, including press release, company websites, trial registries, SEC filings, publications, regulatory sites and journals.
Write and update drug profiles based on research findings based on in-house style guidelines and writing style and complete the reports.
Should be able to meet the individual productivity and quality as per assigned target as well as coordinate with other team members/managers on special project requirements from clients
Ensure all agreed standards of quality and accuracy are always met
Work with Analysts or Senior Analyst on the assigned tasks (review comments, notes and analysis)
Provide process improvement ideas and share best practices with(in) teams, identify and report on process efficiencies identified to the lead/Manager and ensure implementation of the same.
People
Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives: regular team meetings, presenting of thoughts and ideas, etc.
Coordinate with team members for work completion
Attend all internal training and engagement activities and organize self-time to deliver tasks efficiently
Report to the Manager on performance status and any escalations, manage worktime and other schedule adherence related mandates

Minimum Requirements
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate/ Doctorate degree in life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degrees
4-7 Years of experience in similar role
Technical Skills - Knowledge of Fundamental Analysis and MS Office Suite
