Job Summary
The JD Edwards Security and CNC Analyst will work with business, IT team, project team, and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and the security matrix are implemented and meets the compliance requirements.
Understand the ZB Oracle JDE 9.2 CNC installation and configurations, including JAS HTML Server manager, web services, webserver, enterprise server, and environments and manage and maintain the same.
Responsible for JDE server maintenance and problem resolution related to the JDE servers and services.
Responsible for Security Design and Implementation
Responsible for maintaining the security matrix of JDE sites, prepare monthly reports for audit and compliance requirements.
This role provides leadership for managing and maintaining end-to-end CNC and security solution for the ERP systems which includes planning, design, technical collaboration, and testing, as well as strong analysis and troubleshooting skills when problems arise.
The individual will work on system implementation, guidance to project teams on CNC and security processes and procedures, including interfaces to other client systems, set priorities, and provide communication and interface to the user community and other IT teams. Also participates in Global Sourcing management activities such as staff meetings, budgeting processes, and strategic planning processes related to the security systems.
Principal Duties
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x CNC administrator (35 – 45% of Job duty)
Security / SOD implementation expertise using ALL Out security tool for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x (65 – 55% of Job duty)
Exepected area of Competencies
JDE installation, set-up, configuration, package builds, and deployment experience Proficient in utilizing the JDE Enterprise One Technical Foundation tools and CNC functionality.
Solid experience in Oracle and SQL databases.
Experience administering and configuring JDE E1 Java Web Server, and Web Server (WebSphere experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Oracle JDE Enterprise One Architecture - Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, Application Server, JAS Server, Portal (nice to have) familiarity with problem resolution techniques utilizing Oracle Global Support portals.
Managing the ALLOUT JDE third party tool installation and configuration.
JDE AllOut security management of User-Role, Menu task views, environment copy, etc.
Design and implementation of security processes using AllOut
Identification of critical business processes and controlling potential conflicts between these processes – Segregation of Duties
Experience on UDO (User Defined Objects) and its security needs.
Manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives.
Skilled to achieve All Doors Closed security efficiently, enabling to prohibit unauthorized access from all possible entry points in JDE EnterpriseOne products.
Designing of SoD Matrix to ensure that the conflicting duties are allocated to different people in the organization to manage the risk of fraud or revenue-leakage, which includes system level segregation as well as segregation of manual processes.
Identify the compliance requirements applicable and the monitoring mechanism with the help of ALLOut.
Education and Experience Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or Computer Science, and 12+ years of professional experience
8-10 years of experience working as CNC and security consultant or related position using ALLOut security tool
Hands-on experience with JDE Upgrade activities such as tools release upgrade, upgrading different environments, surface testing, and application release upgrade.
Hands-on experience in ALLOUT Security upgrade activities, such as tools release upgrade, surface testing, and application release upgrade
Experience in JDE Security Assessment and Audit
Experience in JDE Security Re-designing and Risk Consulting
Experience in Segregation of duties Framework Design and Implementation
Experience in JDE Security Implementation through JDE / All Out Security tool
Strong understanding of security standards and ability to translate them into actionable security controls.
Prior experience in MES applications like Camstar & InfinityQS would be an added advantage.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing in the JDE environment is a plus
