Support Services Group Senior Customer Service Representative – German speaker in Remote, Hungary

Three of these are located in Hungary: in Budapest, Szekszárd, and Balatonboglár. Currently, we have more than 250 colleagues, but we are continuously expanding. Our partners come from a variety of sectors, including the automotive industry, commerce, insurance, energy, banking, streaming services, and more.

During your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:

The Senior Customer Service Representative role exists to provide first and second line of customer support to telephone and written enquiries from external Key Customers, internal Customers and other Consumers in accordance with agreed service levels.

The position will ensure all facing queries are answered with the required speed, accuracy and with the maximum level of customer satisfaction.

  • Execute day-to-day customer service-related operational tasks to ensure delivery meets customer expectations and is consistent with set process performance indicators.

  • These B2B customers will include retail fuelling sites, branded and unbranded customers, commercial and strategic accounts, and terminals.

  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner and escalate concerns about meeting service levels or deadlines.

  • To have a broad understanding of all Customer Service processes to enable a high percentage of first contact resolution, and will continually manage customer expectations through various contact channels.

  • Leverage understanding of specific processes/systems and act as the first and second point of contact for any verbal or written form of inquiries from external and internal customers.

    You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You speak German at an advanced level (C1) and English at an intermediate level (B2).

  • You have strong SAP knowledge.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or similar positions

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • You are analytical and systematic thinker

  • You are able to multitask

  • You have an intermediate knowledge of MS Office application

  • You strive for high degree of accuracy with all work and have exceptional attention to detail
