Unit Mission: Put crypto to serve people with LATOKEN products

Role: Product Manager

Functions:

  • Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.

  • Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.

  • Highlight traction metrics, backlog progress, impediments, movement toward OKRs and the mission to put financial life under people's fingertips.

  • Develop messages, creatives and other content to build the brand of the handiest way to manage financial life.

  • Structure audiences, channels, messages and digital marketing campaigns across products: listings (IEOs), pitching, payments and trading.

  • Develop lead acquisition landing pages and lead generation forms across products.

  • Build digital automated digital funnels. Optimise customer journeys to maximise conversions, product fit to excite clients to recommend the product and be obsessed to use it.

  • Propel user retentions via features and use case to crave daily, automated emails, bot, alerts, calls, re-marketing sales and customer success manager communication.

  • Build funnel and customer journey analytics to optimize campaings, user acquisition, activation and retention. Identify and scale performing user acquisition channels by analysis of conversions, retention and LTV for different channels using analytics. Optimize ROMI and scale best performing channels.

  • Tender, onboard and manage the best contractors to scale user-growth: performance marketing, CPA, SMM, PR, direct etc.

  • Hit the word of month product fit excitement, figure out viral mechanics and build operations to blitzscale growth.

  • Scale user growth from co-marketing and partnerships with B2B clients. Leverage sales team to develop and scale partnerships business models. Ensure each listings is well covered by the client. Initiate listings of tokens with high PR potential and set up such co-marketing.

  • Make trendy headlines building the brand of the financial life at fingertips. Develop content plan, hit Tier 1 publications and distribute high quality content via partners, direct, SMM or adds.

  • Ensure stand-ups are assaults on impediments. Stories are Who/What/WHY. Demo or die: focus on priority features deliveries, prevent waste and chaos.

  • Magnet visionary doers living to deliver products for people's success. Give a first week hard test, erase non culture fit patterns, coach with 1-1. Make teammates inspired with your vision and knowledge how they move toward their lifetime mission, how they hit OKRs targets, and deliver financial life to people's fingertips. Be the hiring manager and coach.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and outstanding achievements in user growth or digital marketing.

  • Visionary doer capable to put together - the company mission, brand, messages, creatives with channels and clients to scale active users across products: trading, payments, listings, pitching.

  • Hands on experience in management of adds campaigns: Facebook adds, Google AdWords, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

  • Understand, can build and manage direct, SERM / SEO, digital funnel, SMM and PR.

  • Proficient in funnel analytics and analytical tools (Яндекс.Метрика, Google Analytics).

  • Experience in product analytics

  • Leverage no code tools, zaps and Python. Proactively search, test himself and implement solutions to automate analytics and marketing.

  • Experience in tech startups or high pace international corporations, consultancy, VC, capital markets or blockchain is an advantage.

  • Starts with why and a vision of the destination to hit the target with a single bullet at all costs.

  • Raises the bar, stretch OKRs and encourage to get out of comfort zone to hit the target.

  • Seeks solutions, not excuses and demand the same from others.

  • Recognises her failures, learn and triple effort, never bothers to defend herself.

  • Does not hide or retreat from problems, takes responsibility and get shit done.

  • Problem solving and critical reasoning skills (700+ GMAT level / won city level olympiad).

  • Knows the Hard things from Ben Horowitz, Ray Dalio, Jeff Sutherland, John Doerr etc and seek to learn from titans while always has her opinion.
