Position summary
The Sr. Business Analyst position will support project managers and serve as functional specialists for supply chain (SC) transformation projects across all manufacturing & distribution sites. This role requires domain knowledge of SC processes across various ERP platforms and advanced enterprise planning systems
What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
Lead As-Is Process Mapping and facilitate gap analysis to established standards
Work closely with multi-functional team members to evaluate problems and take lead in finding appropriate solutions
Configure new supply chain processes and tools to fit business requirements while considering site specific constraints during project implementation
Support creation of standard operating procedures and documentation prior to project completion
Work with the site functional teams to drive the adoption of new standard business practices
Support master data project and data migration projects
Less than 25% Travel
How will you get here?
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT or Business Administration
3-5+ years as supply chain business analyst, ERP analyst or master scheduler in manufacturing or consulting
APICS Certification ideal
Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable
Experience and Skills
Working knowledge of ERP platforms like SAP®, Oracle® or BAAN®
Prior experience with Enterprise Planning Tools like Oracle®, Kinaxis® etc.
Working experience with Supply Planning/Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Forecasting and Demand Planning.
Good communication skill in translating complex supply chain solutions into terms clearly understood by various stakeholders.
