Celestica is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Analyst, Product Marketing to join our Field CTO team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our market expansion by creating compelling messaging content that drive business growth, and lead strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Increase pipeline growth and revenue through the successful execution of segment marketing strategies, impactful sales enablement, and effective messaging that resonates with target customers
Develop compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning, tailored to target customers, and highlight core capabilities and value
Key stakeholder in executing of marketing initiatives, including launch planning, programming and campaign development, sales enablement, and content development
Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to visualize and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints
Develop a comprehensive sales kit supporting the selling process, including playbooks, sales decks, battle cards, solutions briefs, white papers, product demos, videos, blogs, and webinars
Develop custom customer communication strategies, including product discovery announcements, guides, walk-throughs, and success KPIs
Use insights to drive marketing strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs and market demands
Support efforts that achieve an increase in market share by leading and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that position the company as a leader in the industry
Measure the impact of sales collateral on conversion rates, aiming for an improvement in conversion metrics across different segments
Qualifications
Proven experience in product/solution marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful GTM strategies
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer data for strategic decision-making
Ability to manage projects and multiple complex activities and deliver against tight deadlines
A team player with a positive attitude, able to execute in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
Physical Demands
Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Typical Experience
- Two to Four years of applicable experience
Typical Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an associated science discipline, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.

Salary
$57,000 - 75,000 USD/year

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
