Responsibilities:
Provide world-class customer support by installing, maintaining, and repairing engineering equipment at customer sites.
Collaborate with diverse teams to identify underlying causes of technical issues and effectively implement solutions.
Perform thorough system diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Perform preventive maintenance to proactively address potential equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and resolving challenges encountered in complex engineering systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.
