Modivcare Senior Product Manager - Partner Integrations and APIs in Remote, Colorado

Modivcare seeks a Senior Product Manager who will own the strategic vision and tactical execution of our Partner Integrations and APIs. This vital product area empowers developers at our partnering companies with innovative tools to enable their member-facing applications to manage transportation needs on behalf of members.

This position is responsible for driving the success of the company's Partner Integrations and APIs by leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping the roadmap, delivering innovative solutions and achieving business goals. This includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

This role...

• Defines and executes the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

• Conducts competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.

• Collaborates with stakeholders, internal teams, and partners, to gather and document product requirements.

• Translates requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.

• Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a point of contact for product-related discussions and decision-making.

• Drives the product development process using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

• Champions a user-centered design approach, collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.

• Utilizes data analytics tools and platforms to analyze product performance, user behavior .

• Generates insights and recommendations to optimize product features, user acquisition, and engagement.

• Monitors product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback.

May also be responsible for:

• Developing best approach and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements.

• Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather additional business requirements.

• Driving requirements prioritization activities within their Agile sprint team(s).

• Participating in key sprint events, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos.

• Assisting in user research with UX/UI Designers.

• Developing success metrics to measure feature effectiveness.

• Providing suggestions to improve policies and procedures.

• Developing go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and customer success.

• May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science required.

• Ten (10) plus years of experience in product management, consumer, or enterprise-level product management. Marketing experience preferred.

• Experience with JIRA Smartsheet Hubspot Google Analytics / Firebase Tableau.

• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on delivering successful software products.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and leading product teams.

• Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile product development methodologies and collaboration tools.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs.

• Experience in the healthcare or consumer health industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to software products (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and translate strategies into actionable plans.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Passion for product management and a dedication to delivering impactful and innovative software solutions.

Salary: $133,300 - 179,900 annual

This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
