Antech Diagnostics Sales Operations Project Manager in Remote, California

Job Purpose/Overview

The Sales Operations Project Manager is integral to the success of Antech Diagnostics’ sales strategies and operations. This role exists to oversee and manage projects that enhance sales effectiveness, improve operational efficiencies, and drive sales growth. Through meticulous project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning, this position supports the Sales Operations team in achieving its objectives and ensuring operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects within the Oracle Development and broader Sales Operations domains, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify project priorities, goals, and impacts.

  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales operations team. Supervise project personnel and assign tasks as necessary.

  • Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, sales enablement, product development, and customer service, to ensure project alignment with overall business goals.

  • Analyze sales processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Organize and lead meetings to discuss project plans, project process, and necessary changes and adjustments to plans.

  • Submit routine reports on project progress, including weekly status reports, updates for executive scorecards, etc.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience and demonstrated capability in a similar role or environment may substitute for formal education.

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management within a sales or sales operations environment preferred, however candidates with significant experience in roles requiring organization, coordination, and management of complex processes will be considered.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and development in the domain of project management and sales operations. PMP certification preferred.

  • Project management certifications are a big plus.

  • Familiarity with Antech's operations, culture, and goals is highly desirable. Internal candidates with 5 or more years of service and a proven track record of initiative, collaboration, and successful project or team leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other technologies to support project management (Smartsheet, Asana).

  • Occasional travel will be required.

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
