eProductivity Software is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our LATAM team and provide professional services to new and existing eProductivity Software customers, within our Printing Services Team. Services can include implementation, analysis, documentation, development, as well as diagnosing and resolving software, operating system, network, database, and other issues. Services are provided both our customer site, also through via phone, email, and the Internet. This position will sit remotely anywhere in Brazil near a major airport.

What you will do:

  • Develop and deliver Consulting Services for the estimating and planning functionality within the eProductivity Software Enterprise print solution.

  • Develop and maintain standardized training documentation and supporting materials.

  • Ensure any client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources, and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met.

  • Work with eProductivity Software clients to analyze and interpret business requirements, provide customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.

  • Provide ERP and industry specific knowledge transfer utilizing eProductivity Software consulting methodology and documentation.

  • Assist teammates with issues to ensure project objectives are being met.

  • Be an Ambassador of eProductivity Software!

Position Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Printing, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience delivering software implementations

  • Possess printing industry experience/knowledge

  • Possess excellent organization, communication, written, and problem-solving skills

  • Possess excellent presentation skills

  • Are experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning / Management Information Systems

  • Are experienced with computer operating systems

  • Are experienced with relational databases

  • Can manage multiple priorities and multi-task

  • Have a working knowledge of Client/Server architecture

  • Ability to travel up to 60%

  • A Strong knowledge of the following within the Print industry would be considered an asset:

  • Estimating

  • Planning

  • Scheduling

  • Production

  • Knowledge and experience with the following EPS software would be considered an asset:

  • iQuote

  • iPlan

  • PrintFlow

  • Monarch Foundation
