The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an ITSM ServiceNow Developer to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations.
The ITSM ServiceNow Developer will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations.
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on ServiceNow, especially as it relates to IT Service Management functionality.
Design, configure and implement ITSM functionality to support organization requirements.
Value the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.
Work with Senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for the ServiceNow environment development.
Intermediate level understanding of ServiceNow required.
Provides recommendations for implementing new ITSM requirements.
Evaluate and understand all ITSM roles and existing ServiceNow support groups.
Create/update/maintain ITSM catalog items and workflows.
Create/update/maintain ITSM lists and navigation pane.
Create/update/maintain ITSM tables and fields.
Create/update/maintain ITSM forms and views.
Provide development and recommendation for ServiceNow demand management as it relates to ITSM.
Conduct and participate in ITSM configuration and code reviews.
Identifies opportunities to consolidate/integrate functionality and data.
Configures functionality within ServiceNow standards and best practices.
A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB.
JavaScript/AngularJS development experience.
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
Create and manage scripts and workflow.
Integrate external data sources into ServiceNow.
Customize and configure workflows/flows and define notifications as part of custom workflows/flows in the platform.
Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms related to ITSM capabilities.
Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
Instruct, assign, direct, and check the work of others on the development team.
Participate in development of software user manuals and technical reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
Willing and able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree.
7 or more years of relevant experience relevant experience
Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
Experience working directly with the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite of modules within ServiceNow.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
