The Opportunity:
Partner with a CACI SharePoint and Power Platform Development Team that supports both internal CACI customers and external Navy customers.
Collaborate with SharePoint and Power Platform developers and team leaders to draft project Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs), project timelines, customer communication plans, and other high-level project documents.
Be closely involved in requirements gathering, user testing and trainings, meeting facilitation, stakeholder communications, SharePoint administrative duties, and customer support with Microsoft 365.
Develop Power BI dashboards on project development progress and key milestones and create a wide range of graphics-based presentations.
Optimize your strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Work extensively in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power BI, and the full 365 suite of applications.
Work site is primarily at the employee’s home site. Occasionally the employee may need to work at the customer site or a CACI office.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in the requirements gathering process and help draw out specific feature requests for the development team to consider.
Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements. Configure and design functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions). Perform QA and user testing on solutions in development to identify needed fixes and improvements.
Use your data visualization skills and analysis expertise to create graphic-based presentations that support end-user reporting and information requirements. Assist in creating Power BI dashboards and Project Gantt charts to communicate project status, progress, and budget remaining.
Research new available technologies with the development team and help formulate recommendations for cost-saving solutions for customers.
Assist customers with ad hoc questions relating to Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Point, and Excel.
Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

Qualifications:
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree, a minimum 5 years of work experience in business/systems analysis experience, and a minimum 3 years of experience creating professional graphic-based presentations using Tableau, Power BI, or other visual analytics software. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
Ability to problem-solve with customers when their requested features may delay development of the product/project.
Adept at report writing, presenting findings, accurately highlighting progress toward established goals, and configuring data to tell a story.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and time management and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:
Experience in graphic design or UI/UX.
Experience in software development in any role.
Broad understanding of Naval Shipyard business and operational processes and general knowledge of Shipyard planning and execution systems.
Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
