As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our team for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize marketing processes, tools, and data, while collaborating with a passionate marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management and optimization of marketing tools and processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline processes and workflows, ensuring campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee marcom data management and reporting, ensuring that marketing data is actionable.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaign assets, from planning to execution, in terms of content and graphic design.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for any marketing operations-related queries within the team.
Manage the budget, including the PO submission process
Manage the asset translation process
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and key marketing metrics.
Experience with campaign tracking, A/B testing, and marketing performance analysis.
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
Requirements
5 years as a Marketing Operations Specialist.
In-depth, hands-on experience with Monday.com
Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
Project management & marketing logistics skills.
Experience working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural matrixed environment.
English – mother tongue \ fluent.
