Applied Materials Algorithm Developer in Rehovot, Israel

Job Description:

We are seeking an Algorithms Researcher specializing in Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. As an Algorithms Researcher, you will be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team consisting of Algorithm Developers, Physicists, Semiconductor professionals, and Software Engineers. Together, we develop innovative products and solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to research and apply emerging Algorithm technologies to the development of our novel products.

What you should have:

  • A minimum of an M.Sc. degree (PhD is an advantage) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.

  • Theoretical and hands-on experience (2+ years) in at least one of the following areas: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.

  • Experience in Physical modeling or Numerical simulations – advantage.

  • Proficiency in software development, with Python skills being advantageous.
