Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of Kiwis Tiki Hut and Kiwis Kove to all of our guests with their friendly demeanor, excellent customer service and attention to detail. The Host/Hostess must be able to carry on natural conservations with our guests without sounding scripted.
Host/Hostess will greet guests upon their arrival, inform guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, show guests to their tables, present guests with menus while maintaining a positive attitude. In addition, the Host/Hostess may be required to bus tables, run food and re-stock server stations.
