Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Staff Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year emergency or critical care experience required.

  • Current California licensure as Professional Registered Nurse.

  • Current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support for healthcare providers

  • Current certification in American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers

  • Current certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN preferred.
