The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring quality assurance and compliance including incoming inspection, in-process quality inspection, final inspection, generating nonconforming material reports

The Quality Assurance Technician provides support to the Quality assurance department by providing high quality inspections of all parts and process in the completed assembly process. This role is responsible for the timely generation of NCRS and that the final product meets all FDA requirements.
About the Quality Assurance Technician:
Performing quality control and inspection of incoming materials and parts
Performing in-process and final inspection in support of production
Generating NCRs
Performing line clearances, repackaging, labeling, and label reconciliation of products
Ensuring identification of materials acceptance status
Final Product Labeling Packaging inspection
Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Technician:
Minimum 5 years QA or QC experience in medical device industry
Proficient with standard sampling plans
Proficient with standard measuring equipment
Knowledge of GMP
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
This is a ONSITE role based in Redwood City, CA
