Key Responsibilities * Analyze, optimize and build business models for our products, pricing, promotions, competitor trends, activities, KPIs, and business units as key part of strategic decisions. * Define metrics to evaluate performance; build reporting/dashboards to track performance and maintain it. * Create insight beyond numbers and help to influence, support and execute our strategic business decisions. * Create budget plans, bookings plans and targets for the related departments and businesses * Communicate key metrics and insights to various partners and stakeholders clearly and effectively Qualifications * Hybrid: Must go into office 2-4 days/week [NYC or Redwood City, CA] * 2-5 years of business experience * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial and Administration Engineering or related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. * Strong analytical, data mining and modeling skills. * Drive execution, initiate projects and manage them start to end. * Process oriented, well organized, autonomous learner. * Experience working with Excel and MS office. * Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to effectively communicate and present data results. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $103,500-$135,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
