United States Army Futures Command Lead Logistics Management Specialist in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama

Summary About the Position: This position is at DEVCOM AvMC Directorate US Army Combat Capabilities Dev Cmd, Aviation and Missile Center, Center Staff located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Responsibilities Serve as lead logistics management specialist. Property management/ accountability oversight, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), management controls for property accountability, property book transactions, and equipment Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) Utilizes Army Regulations to maintain/execute the property management accountability program for the Center. Executes property book transactions within the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) in accordance with Army Regulation. Conducts/Oversees the equipment Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Compliance Inspection Customer Service Leadership Oral Communication Technical Competence Writing Specialized Experience : To qualify for the DE-04, applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (DE-03) which includes performing the following: This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level: experience in executing the requirements of an Organizational Property Book Officer; development of Standard Operations Procedures; Policies, Handbooks or Procedures specific to logistics/property management; utilization of Army enterprise support systems for property accountability; utilization of approved Army procurement systems; utilization of approved Army Accountable Property System of Record (APSR). Applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements such as minimum qualifications, and other regulatory requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required. This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
