Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a qualified Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst or Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst to join our F-35 Team responsible for managing the Sustaining (allocation) budgets that can be divided into four over-arching areas: Model Management, Planning SOW, Pool Management and Base Management. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA and offers a 9/80 schedule with working from home during the working Fridays.
The F-35 Program is a fast paced, dynamic, and sophisticated environment that requires initiative, strong analytical skills, and solid leadership characteristics. Candidate will have the following, but not limited to, responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Analyzing large allocations for the program
Interfacing with program finance and program manager for monthly financial forecasts, issues, concerns, and status
Cross-functional coordination with multiple organizations
Possess the ability to prepare and provide weekly/monthly analytical reports and tools to support variance/trend analysis, and change control management
Planning: ability to plan and navigate in COBRA, Budget/Forecast analysis
SAP reporting
Fostering an environment of integrity, establishing relationships, and maintaining communication with stakeholders at multiple levels
Supporting all related program audits
Qualified applicants will need to possess an understanding of company policies, procedures and internal controls

Basic Qualifications for Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2):
Master’s degree with relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years' proven experience in cost management, finance, business management and/or industry related experience
Experience with collaborating in matrix organizations
Ability to communicate and interface with CAMs
Experience with MS Office Skills including Excel (with Macros, Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Basic Qualifications for Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3):
Master’s degree with 3 years experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years' proven experience in cost management, finance, business management and/or industry related experience
Experience with collaborating in matrix organizations
Ability to communicate and interface with CAMs
Experience with MS Office Skills including Excel (with Macros, Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Deltek Cobra (or similar EVM tools such as MPM), NGFP (Northrop Grumman Financial Planning), MS Project, and Power BI
Experience with SAP S/4 Queries
Earned Value Management Program Experience with familiarity to EIA-748 ANSI EV Guideline Reviews, and SOX Controls
Ability to Create and Edit Excel Macros and Slicer tools
Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100
Salary Range 2: $88,700 - $133,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
