Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a F-35 Principal Operations Research Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals within our F-35 Master Planning organization. This role is located onsite in Redondo Beach, California.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for supporting all required MPI meetings in accordance with the program rhythm
Support metrics, reports, and presentation development for MPI leadership reviews and approvals
Supports the organization of planning data and develops briefings for the Master Planning Integration Manager
Support development, analysis and research of lines of Balance for key critical parts for production, spares, teammate furnished equipment (TFE), mods, etc.
Facilitate and support process improvement projects, implement improvement initiatives, and develop mechanisms to audit improved processes
Collaborate with focal integrator for incoming teammate furnished equipment (TFE) and government furnished equipment (GFE) schedule requirements
Interface with customer counterpart as required for incoming TFE and support all audits
The candidate also supports special projects as assigned by the Program Integration Director and Master Planning Integration IPT
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's of Science degree with at least 5 years of experience, a Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience, PhD with at least 1 year of experience or HS Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience. Experience must be in the following: operations, supply chain, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning or accounting, industrial/manufacturing engineering or other related field.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior Program Management/ Integration experience within the Aerospace industry, especially on the F-35 Program
Knowledge and experience in business plan development, market research, problem-solving, facilitating projects, and competitive analysis
Experience in business development and capture
Salary Range: $100,300 - $150,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
