Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Director GSC Programs to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on our F-35 Global Supply Chain team . The position will lead the Global Supply Chain organization supporting the F-35 program within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. The role will be responsible, accountable and have authority for global supply chain strategy, planning and execution for Fleet Readiness & Sustainment and International Operating Units. The selected candidate will be a high performing, experienced leader who is goal oriented and well equipped to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support corporate, sector, and division objectives, including program execution and financial performance. They will leverage a solid understanding of supply chain processes and work closely with program stakeholders and across functions to optimize results. This position manages a workforce deployed at multiple sites across the United States and will be located onsite in Redondo Beach, California.

Execution:
Key leadership interface for program and functional senior leadership
Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material content for operating units
Provides leadership for the GSC organization in a matrixed environment, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with business objectives
Leads major proposal and pursuit activities
Will participate in executive level meetings, collaborating across functions for supply chain solutions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years, or Master’s and 8+ years’ experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field
Must have 3+ years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
Must have Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
Must have Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Sustainment in International experience
Master’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field
Experience briefing executive-level audiences
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators
Extensive proposal management experience
Must have experience leading in a matrixed environment
Salary Range: $217,300 - $325,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
